We can help you coordinate the opening of escrow and the closing of the transaction with a title company of your choosing. If you are a buyer, we can help you review the title commitment for the subject property that is generated by the title company prior to closing. Reviewing the title commitment is an important aspect of the buying process as the title commitment will disclose all covenants, easements, and other legal documents recorded against the property you are wanting to purchase; we do not recommend closing on a purchase unless you have a thorough understanding of the title commitment.
We recommend that you use a Realtor® to help you navigate the real estate market. However, if you choose to make an offer on real estate without using a Realtor®, our expertise can assist you in the process.
A licensed Realtor® is in the best position to help you determine your property's worth and to successfully market it to the right buyers.
